Our Caribbean Spiced Hot Chocolate is the taste of nostalgia. If you grew up in the Caribbean or were raised in a Caribbean household, chances are you would drink hot chocolate for breakfast. Every morning our mother and grandmother would prepare our hot chocolate with nutmeg and cinnamon, and we would drink until we had to leave the table. Drinking this hot chocolate every morning helped to wake us up and made the morning a little bit sweeter. We know you will enjoy this classic island taste that will help sweeten your morning.
Ingredients: 100% organic cocoa (processed with alkali), nutmeg, Ceylon cinnamon, and vanilla extract powder.
Instructions: Bring a cup of milk to a low simmer. Stir 1/2 a tablespoon of powder into the milk until dissolved. Sweeten as desired and enjoy.
For a refreshing treat, simmer your milk, powder, and sweetener together until well combined. Then, either child in the refrigerator for several hours or pour over ice cubes and enjoy.
Storage: Keep away from light and moisture.
